Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a strong background in automotive and retail sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage a sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our high-end vehicle inventory. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our market reach. The Automotive Salesperson will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, upselling vehicles, and supporting dealership sales objectives. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and community outreach to generate new sales opportunities Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and explain features to potential buyers Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on features and financing options Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to increase revenue Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels, new models, and industry trends through ongoing marketing efforts Support inventory management and control processes within the dealership Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at promotional events or community activities when required Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining organizational skills for managing multiple clients Experience with CRM software, inventory management, and dealership operations preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency in retail math for calculating deals, discounts, and financing options accurately Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor during public speaking engagements or promotional events Knowledge of automotive industry trends, high-end vehicle features, and inventory control practices Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals passionate about automobiles and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
