Job DescriptionNEW Medical Technologist I (MT/MLS/MLT) Opportunity – Night ShiftLocation: Tulsa, OKSchedule: Full-Time | Nights | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Sat–Wed)Sign-On Bonus: $5,000Relocation Assistance: $2,500A hospital laboratory is seeking a Medical Technologist I (Generalist) to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced techs and recent graduates looking to grow in a supportive environment.Position OverviewResponsible for identifying, processing, and analyzing laboratory specimens to help assess and monitor patient health. This role performs high-complexity testing and supports multiple lab areas as needed.Key Responsibilities• Perform, analyze, and report clinical laboratory tests • Correlate data across departments and resolve discrepancies • Confirm abnormal results using quality control procedures • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lab equipment • Assist with process improvement and support overall lab goals • Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and lab team members • Help support medical laboratory science students during training activitiesWork Environment• Generalist role in an open-space laboratory setup • Approx. 700 tests per 24 hours • 3 Medical Technologists per shift • Supported by 3 Phlebotomists • Small, team-oriented structureQualificationsRequired: Degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science National certification (ASCP or AMT – MT/MLS/MLT) At least 1 year of high-complexity lab experience Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independentlyOpen to recent graduates!Interested!?
