Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position oversees daily service delivery, staff performance, documentation compliance, and coordination with county boards, families, and other stakeholders in accordance with DODD regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor individual service delivery to ensure compliance with ISP/PCSP goals
Conduct routine site visits and ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals served
Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals (DSPs)
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (daily notes, incident reports, MARs, assessments)
Identify, report, and follow up on incidents in accordance with DODD and county board requirements
Participate in ISP meetings and collaborate with SSA’s, guardians, and families
Assist with staff onboarding, training, and corrective actions as needed
Ensure agency policies, procedures, and DODD standards are followed
Serve as on-call support when assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Prior experience in a DODD-certified setting strongly preferred
Knowledge of DODD rules, incident management, and person-centered practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs/sites
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and DODD requirements
Preferred Skills
Experience with supported living or residential programs
Familiarity with EVV and electronic documentation systems
Crisis intervention and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
