Winch Truck DriverThe Winch Truck Driver operates a winch truck to load and move rental equipment, such as frac tanks, to and from branch and client locations in a safe and legal manner. This position ensures that all rental equipment pick-ups and delivery needs of the branch are conducted in an efficient, safe, accurate, and timely manner. This position also manages the maintenance of the vehicle, both inside and out.Primary duties include:Loads/unloads rental equipment, using truck's winch, delivering the equipment between branch and client locationsAct as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment deliveryUses appropriate equipment to secures all loads for the safety of the public, and company and client propertyProduce all required service tickets, time sheets, and other work documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely mannerProduce all DOT inspections, logs, and documentation, as required by law, to branch management as requiredMaintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and proceduresBe an ambassador for safety, making sure all work and driving is done in the safest mannerMaintain truck appearance and maintenance communicating with branch management any vehicle deficienciesMaintain all types and levels of job-related training as requiredPerforms other duties as required by ManagementFull breakdown of the position's physical requirements are attached.Education, knowledge, competencies & skills required:Must have a "Class A" CDLMust be able to pass DOT Physical and all required drug and alcohol screeningsMust have a minimum of one-year commercial truck driving experienceMust have and maintain a clean driving record for insurance coverage purposesMust be willing to work overtimeMust have a basic understanding of truck maintenance conceptsHigh school diploma preferredNational Tank & Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Company.
