Project Manager – Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Analytics to lead enterprise-scale data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects.Required Qualifications• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Project Manager.• Strong experience managing Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.• Hands-on experience with Data Lakes (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Databricks, Snowflake).• Experience with Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT Processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration.• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).• Experience using SQL and analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar technologies.• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are preferred.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and analytics teams.• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.• Oversee implementation of data lakes, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.• Drive Agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates to leadership.• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery.• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and quality standards.Benefits• Competitive pay of $50/hour on W2.
