Family Medicine PhysicianThe Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered primary care across all age groups. This role focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care, using a holistic approach to improve patient outcomes.This is a hybrid position involving both hospital-based and outpatient clinical responsibilities. The physician is expected to see approximately 1424 patients per day while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
