Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele prior to travel. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state in hand. - AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required. - Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. - One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission; charge RN references accepted. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements temporarily. - All other travelers must be nicotine-free; negative 10 Panel Nicotine Drug screen required within 12 months of start.
