Building Maintenance

Regal Warehousing is hiring for a Building Mantience employee. This position performs many maintenance and safety tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the building’s employees, including: Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems Checking and responding to security and safety issues Keeping documents of inspections and problems Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED · Mechanical Ability · Forklift Experience · CDL-A preferred. The hours will be Monday – Friday 6am to 3:30pm with a starting pay of $20.00 - $22.00 an hour. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
