Our main goal is to build fintech services and payment solutions locally, expanding our client's market reach in a much faster and more effective way.About the jobThis role is available in the following location: Coconut Grove, Miami, USAResponsabilitiesResponsible for identifying growth and expansion opportunities for the company, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, expand market reach, and strengthen commercial partnerships. Drives business growth by identifying and negotiating strategic opportunities that drive the company's success.Develop international B2B business, prospect and develop leadsIdentify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities through market research, networking, participation in events and other lead generation initiativesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyaltyCarry out market analysis and evaluate trends to identify new business opportunities, market niches for expansion, product and process improvementsActs consultatively on solutions and enables business with international enterprisesActively participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential customers to close new deals and expand the customer baseNegotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers and business partners, ensuring favorable conditions for both partiesStay up to date with trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and the company's specific industryMonitor and analyze sales performance and business development metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth goalsSkills & AbilitiesBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience with key account prospectingExperience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role3+ years of experience in digital salesComfortable using CRM systems and basic sales toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented with a strong drive to succeedExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skillsFluent English to communicate with clientsFluency in Spanish or Portuguese will be considered a plusExperience in the financial market is a plusAbility to work proactively and manage time effectivelyHave you ever thought about working somewhere that changes the way companies deal with the global payments market and makes it easier for companies to reach other markets?
