Property Manager

We are hiring an experienced Property Manager to manage our luxury community in North Miami, FL.The Property Manager is responsible for the property’s financial success, supervising the performance of on-site personnel, and providing a quality living experience for our residents. Duties and Responsibilities:Supervises all on-site staff, approximately a team of 10, including hiring, training, supervision, and coaching. Determines and communicates productivity standards to maximize property performance and individual success.Responsible for the community budget and achievement of operational, financial and occupancy goals which includes overseeing, reviewing, and monitoring all-district accounting and financial matters.Maintains a working knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management, i.e. fair housing, collections, evictions, towing, and pool enclosures.Ensure the community is well maintained above and beyond the market's demands.Ensures that all applicable deposits, rents, and other fees and ancillary revenues are maximized.Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business. Requirements:Large site or multi-site experience preferred.Knowledge and capabilities of improving and creating an extremely high-quality tenant experience. Creating an employee mindset of offering the best level of resident's services in this rental market.3-5 years’ experience in the residential property management industry (previous supervisory experience a must).Ability to delegate duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.Proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.Residential Manager coursework preferred.
