Recruiter/HR Generalist (Green Bay)

Established in 1985, we have grown to serve multiple regions with a dedicated team that values excellence and employee satisfaction.Job Summary:The Recruiter/Human Resource Generalist at CTS serves as the primary point of contact for HR and recruiting, supporting employees and leadership across a range of human resources functions.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes using HRIS platforms.Coordinate onboarding and orientation, including processing new hires in UKG and maintaining new hire documentation.Maintain employee access systems, including facility security codes and fuel account access.Support logistics such as booking travel accommodations for new hires and drivers as needed.Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, school outreach, and maintaining candidate pipelines.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/UKG and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave of absence, workers' compensation, and employee recognition initiatives.Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, and assisting with investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Track and ensure compliance with required training, certifications, and continuing education.Assist in planning employee events, milestone programs, and engagement initiatives.Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, OSHA standards, and company policies.Support performance management, employee evaluations, and training and development initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field requiredAt least 1 year of HR experience preferredSPHR certification is a plusPhysical Requirements:Prolonged sitting and computer useAbility to lift up to 15 poundsAbility to access various areas of company facilitiesBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
