Recovery Specialist – Inpatient (Female Unit) | Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services | Tewksbury, MA Assignment Type: Contract | Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | Friday–Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 32–40 hours/week Location: Hart House, 259 Baldwin Street, Lowell, MA 01851 Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders preferred Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License in good standing preferred Must be female due to the nature of the client population Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours while ensuring a supportive environment Schedule & Compensation Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Friday–Monday Hours: 32–40 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed) Duration: 13 weeks Pay Range: $22- $24 Start Date: December 1, 2025 | End Date: February 28, 2026 Job Types: Temporary, Contract Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Recovery Specialist – Inpatient: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: BLS from AHA or ready to obtain after the offer (Required) CPI or ready to obtain after the offer (Required) Location: Tewksbury, MA (Required) Work Location: On the road
