Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearJob description:Full job descriptionCompany: TK Roofing & RestorationLocation: DFW AreaJob Type: 1099 Independent ContractorCompensation: 40% of Gross Profit + Training BonusesJob DescriptionTK Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced door-to-door roofing sales representative and trainer to help grow our residential roofing business in the DFW area.This position is for someone who already has experience in roofing sales, storm restoration, door-to-door canvassing, insurance claim sales, or residential construction sales. The ideal candidate can not only generate and close roofing leads, but also help train new sales representatives in the field.This role requires individuals who are comfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and working at heights while maintaining a professional and safety-first mindset.This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with strong commission potential.CompensationThis position pays:40% of gross profit on jobs sold and completedAdditional bonus opportunity:Training bonus for each salesperson you train who successfully gets a roof install scheduledBonus details can be discussed based on experience and training responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Representative & Trainer will be responsible for:Door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential areasGenerating roofing leads and inspectionsClimbing ladders and performing roof inspections when safe and appropriateWorking on or around roofs while following safety expectationsMeeting with homeowners and explaining roofing optionsAssisting homeowners with storm damage and insurance claim questionsFollowing up with leads and customersClosing roofing jobsHelping train new door-to-door sales representativesTeaching new reps how to canvass, inspect, communicate with homeowners, and schedule installsRepresenting TK Roofing & Restoration professionally in the fieldRequirementsPrevious roofing sales experience required (2 years preferred)Door-to-door sales experience strongly preferredComfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and working at heightsSafety-first mindset when performing inspections or working around roofing projectsAbility to train and motivate new sales representativesStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable transportationCell phone for TK Roofing QUO phone systemSelf-motivated and commission-drivenProfessional appearance and attitudeMust be able to work independently as a 1099 contractorIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is confident, experienced, and comfortable knocking doors, speaking with homeowners, inspecting roofs, closing sales, and helping build a new sales team.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in early with a growing company, help build the sales process, and take on a leadership/training role as the team expands.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, professional, safety-minded, and excited about helping grow TK Roofing & Restoration in the DFW residential roofing market.ScheduleFlexible schedule as an independent contractor.
