We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to embed directly within our front office investment teams and help build a greenfield research and portfolio management platform. This is not a support function — you will sit side-by-side with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and analysts, translating their workflows into production software and iterating rapidly alongside them.We need someone who has actually built and shipped products powered by AI and LLMs — not just experimented with prompts. You will design AI-native and agentic workflows that allow researchers and PMs to prototype ideas, automate processes, and move from concept to production without deep engineering knowledge of their own. What You'll DoPartner directly with investment teams as a hands-on engineering counterpart. Design and build internal platforms, frameworks, and reusable tooling that enable non-engineers to automate workflows and run experiments within well-defined guardrails. Deliver production-grade AI systems where LLMs are core infrastructure — including evaluation, testing, observability, and failure-mode analysis. Work across the full stack: Python and/or C#/.NET backends, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD.What We're Looking ForDeep full-stack engineering experience with expert-level Python and/or C#/.NET skills.Proven AI/LLM experience — you've designed, built, and shipped something real, not just run experiments.Track record building platforms or tooling that empower non-engineers to automate tasks and create software-supported workflows.Experience partnering directly with front-office or business-side stakeholders on ambiguous, fast-moving problems.Strong architecture, CI/CD, cloud-native, and observability skills. Outstanding communication across technical and non-technical audiences. They'll need someone who's fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship / visa (cannot support H-1B visa).C2C must be through your own LLC (CANNOT be through an employer) and if need be we can do W2 at a reduced rate.
