Room Attendant - Asheville - $16.25/hr. PrideStaff is recruiting for Room Attendants for several hotels located in the Asheville area. This is great opportunity for someone that is friendly, professional, and energetic! Duties and Responsibilities:Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dustingRestock and replace used items within guest roomsCommunicate clean status of each room upon completionRemove room service trays and tables from guest roomsStock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all timesCheck all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working orderRespond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly mannerBrings lost items to the attention of managementQualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience as a housekeeper a plusStrong attention to detailDemonstrated communication and customer service skillsMust be capable of lifting, push, or pull up to 35 poundsMust be capable of constant walking, lifting, bending and pushingMust be able to work with cleaning products regularlyWhat's In It for You:Weekly attendance bonusOn the Bus lineMeal Plan Uniforms ProvidedBilingual FriendlyHours of Work: Must have open availability to work within the following schedule: Mon-Sat 8:30a-5:30p, Sun 8:30a-6:30pCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.25
