We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Housekeeper to help protect and improve the overall appearance of our community and care for our valued residents’ homes.This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and a working personal vehicle to travel to the various homes in our community.Job ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare all vacant homes and common areas to company standardsMaintain positive resident relations by providing excellent customer serviceParticipate in resident events and community functions as requested by the Property ManagerFollow all company safety and liability guidelinesAssist in ensuring items identified during safety inspections are corrected and maintained to standardSupport overall property operations by helping control expenses and maintaining cleanliness standardsParticipate in preventative maintenance schedules as neededAttend staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesMinimum two years of experience in a housekeeping or related experience requiredValid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record requiredPersonal working motor vehicle to move about the community to various assignmentsAbility to follow directives and work with minimum supervisionMust have basic understanding of English language and be able to communicate with coworkersAbility to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in order to communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns and information on work progressAbility to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general publicAbility to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish set goalsIf you meet the basic requirements as outlined below, please apply here today!Competitive compensation and benefits package will be discussed during interviews.
