SAFe Scrum Master with JAVA or API experience

*Job Description : * * Lead the agile team as the Scrum Master for Agile teams * Drive Scrum, Built-in Quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and practices in multiple Agile teams * Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by preparing the Agile team for PI Planning and supporting the team to create PI plans, objectives, and business values * Lead and drive iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective) * Determine key business issues, monitoring product roadmaps, developing effective action plans, and implementing delivery of business value * Co-ordinates multiple and extremely complex products, initiatives, and programs spanning business and technical product areas * Co-ordinates all operational readiness (business, technical, and operational) activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, including change management activities to support readiness * Highly effective at removing blockers and working with cross functional and shared services teams to enable improved delivery models * Manage cross team dependencies across our business, release management, third party development & QA and other scrum teams *Knowledge & Experience* * Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification and 5 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience * Requires Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) * A highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * USC, GC Experience: * Scrum: 10 years (Required) * SAFe: 2 years (Required) * java: 1 year (Preferred) * API: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
