It supports over 100,000 active communities and attracts approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, making it a significant source of information on the internet.About the Opportunity:The INTERNATIONAL PAYROLL ANALYST is responsible for managing and scaling international payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery, supports strategic payroll initiatives, and collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient payroll processes.Responsibilities:Manage and audit multi-country payroll across 15+ international locations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regional schedules.Lead payroll calendar and coordinate operating cadence to mitigate risks and exceptions.Partner with local payroll providers to maintain compliance with regional pay schedules.Oversee international equity compensation payroll processing and regulatory compliance.Serve as functional lead on payroll technology projects, including Workday enhancements and global payroll solution implementations.Collaborate with Benefits, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure fund reconciliation and tax compliance.Establish and enforce global payroll policies, SOX controls, and standard operating procedures.Support strategic initiatives such as M&A integrations, new market entries, and cross-functional launches.Requirements:5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with global operations.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or related field.Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.Strong technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation.Deep understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll.Strong problem-solving skills, discretion with confidential data, and effective communication abilities.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive healthcare benefits and income replacement programs.401k with employer match.Family planning support.Gender-affirming care.Mental health and coaching benefits.Flexible vacation and paid volunteer time off.Generous paid parental leave.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
