Data Entry ClerkHealey Brothers Chevrolet Wholesale in Poughkeepsie is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our busy wholesale parts department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced automotive team. You will play an important role in helping our wholesale parts operation run smoothly by accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the parts department. Data Entry & Inventory Enter and update parts, pricing, and inventory information with a high level of accuracy Maintain organized records and databases Review data for errors and correct discrepancies Order Processing Process wholesale orders quickly and accurately Create invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers Customer Service Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers Provide product information, pricing, and availability Resolve customer concerns and handle returns or order issues Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Administrative Support Assist with general office tasks and reporting Support team members and other departments as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 13 years of data entry, customer service, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Join the team at Healey Brothers Chevrolet Wholesale Parts and help support one of the region's busiest automotive parts operations.
