What You’ll Do Review customer orders and job requirements Coordinate with Production, Estimating, and CAD teams Schedule and distribute jobs daily Work hands-on with operators during first-run jobs Resolve quality and process issues quickly and effectively Drive continuous improvement and cost savings Lead automation, tooling, and supplier collaboration projects Evaluate actual vs. estimated production performance Maintain and update production methods and job instructions Preferred Experience Ability to read engineering drawings General understanding of GD&T Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems Familiarity with CNC programming ISO or AS9100 quality systems Experience with AS9102 inspection reports Aerospace industry familiarity Leadership or supervisory experience Two years of related experience preferred but not required. local candidates preferred Requirements U.S. Citizen required LGS Technologies is a proud, family-owned American company with a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.
