Head of Sales
Job Description: Coach & Develop: Drive performance of an eight person sales team through mentorship, 1:1s, and real-time deal support.Recruit & Build: Attract, hire, and retain top AE talent. Build a team that consistently hits and exceeds quota.Drive Revenue: Own the number. Forecast accurately, drive pipeline growth, and close business.Get in the Trenches: Join customer calls, attend regional events, support deal strategy, and help close complex, technical deals.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales ops, customer success, and product to align on GTM strategies.Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing a team of AEs in a high-velocity SaaS environment5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong track record of coaching reps to quota and career progressionProven ability to hire and scale high-performing sales teamsSkilled in navigating and closing complex deal cyclesComfortable with technical products and translating value to both business and technical buyersLocated in the Western US and able to support a distributed teamBonus: experience in the QA Industry.MUST live in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, WyomingBenefits: Base Salary of $150K - $200KStock Option100% Medical, dental, and vision28 days of personal time off (PTO)A remote-first culture allows you to work virtually anywhere
