Sr. Director, Applied Intelligence Platforms

DescriptionStrategic and technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and advancing the organization's enterprise data and customer intelligence ecosystem. This role transforms fragmented data environments into unified, analytics-driven platforms while directly engineering scalable solutions that power customer journey optimization, applied intelligence, and operational decisioning. Works closely with Sr. Director, Solutions Architecture to translate requirements and develop custom solutions within the Holocron AI platform.Enterprise-Level ImpactLead enterprise data strategy spanning customer data integration, analytics enablement, and cross-channel journey intelligence.Design and govern unified data models consolidating behavioral, transactional, operational, and lifecycle datasets.Develop and deploy scalable probe-based ingestion solutions to capture real-time operational and behavioral signals.Engineer platform-level integrations leveraging the Holocron ecosystem to orchestrate data collection, intelligence processing, and activation workflows.Operationalize analytics and predictive outputs directly into customer journey orchestration and business decision systems.Establish scalable data foundations supporting both real-time streaming and batch-driven analytics.Improve cross-functional visibility into customer performance metrics and journey intelligence.Reduce redundancy and technical debt by aligning distributed systems into a cohesive enterprise intelligence framework.Governance & Compliance: Establish architectural standards for data contracts, lineage, and global compliance (GDPR, SOC2, CCPA) across all client environments.Platform Development & Engineering LeadershipDesign and develop probe-based telemetry and ingestion architectures to enable real-time data acquisition across distributed systems.Build modular, extensible platform components within the Holocron AI framework to support scalable intelligence workflows.Define data contracts, schema standards, and integration patterns to ensure interoperability across systems.Collaborate with engineering teams to implement resilient, API-driven data services.Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and scalability across platform components.Bridge strategy and hands-on development by translating business requirements into engineered data solutions.Strategic Ownership DomainsEnterprise customer data strategy and unified profile framework.Customer journey analytics and cross-channel measurement architecture.Probe-based ingestion and telemetry strategy.Holocron AI platform solution design and extensibility.Development of innovative ML/AI models and MCP frameworks and incorporation into production data workflows.Advanced analytics and predictive intelligence enablement.Enterprise data governance, scalability, and lifecycle management.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree or PhD preferred; relevant certifications in data architecture, analytics, or AI are advantageous.Enterprise Data Architecture Experience: Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise customer data strategies, including unified profile frameworks and complex cross-channel analytics systems.ML/AI Model Development: Demonstrated expertise in creating, implementing, and operationalizing machine learning and artificial intelligence models and MCP frameworks within production environments.Platform Engineering Leadership: Hands-on experience in architecting and scaling AI and data platforms, including governance, scalability, and lifecycle management best practices.Customer Experience & Journey Analytics: Advanced proficiency in customer journey analytics and measurement architecture, with a history of developing solutions that drive revenue and optimize customer outcomes.Strategic Solution Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership in solution development, architectural guidance, and aligning data platform capabilities with business and market needs, leading teams across functions and disciplines.
