Restoration Plumber Sales RepThe Business Development Representative will report to the Director of Mitigation, Steve Beard. In this role, the water damage sales rep will be responsible for targeting plumbers and establishing relationships with plumbing contractors, promoting the company's water damage restoration services. The ideal person should have sales experience and be able to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close deals.AccountabilitiesDriver of new sales for the mitigation and structure business for your branchReport to Director of Mitigation, Steve BeardAttend plumbing trade shows and conferences to network with plumbers and showcase servicesOffer education seminars to plumbing contractors to teach them about the benefits of water damage restoration services and how they can benefit their clientsCreate targeted marketing campaigns to reach plumbers and educate them on your servicesStay up to date with latest industry trends and regulations and share the information with plumbing contractors to position the company as a trusted source of knowledgeCollaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive the best possible serviceMust be friendly and not over the top in salesmanship; ideal person will be uniqueTravel sales area developing new relationships and sales leadsExceptional communication, organization and time management skills; develop and maintain relationships with contractors and offer incentives for referralsActive on professional social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)Plan and organize networking luncheons and presentationsAccountable for being on-callRequirementsSales experience a plus; training provided for qualified candidatesClean driving record, valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the USPass background checkPass drug screenExcellent organizing and planning skillsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)48+ hours per week (office hours 6:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday)Compensation$100K – $200KBenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental, AflacPaid Time OffCompany vehicle providedFuel cardComputerCell phone reimbursement ($50 per month)Apex DKI is an equal opportunity employer.
