Their bet is that the power stage is the bottleneck in modern electrified machines. They're hiring a hands-on electrical engineer to support product development across those systems. It's a broad role, not a narrow specialist seat. You'll move between schematics, PCB reviews, harnesses, test setups, lab debugging, documentation, vendors, and production support. They care less about deep specialization than about sound engineering judgment, curiosity, and the ability to get hardware working. The bar is high. The ideal person takes ownership and executes, and when they hit a wall they go find the way through it.
