Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and experiencedLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / ACSW)to join our growing behavioral health team as anindependent contractor (1099) . The clinician will provide high-quality mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment to patients across multiple states. This role offersflexible scheduling , allowing providers to manage their own caseload and working hours. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensivepsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations . Provideindividual, family, or group psychotherapyusing evidence-based treatment approaches. Develop and implementpersonalized treatment plansfor patients. Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentationin the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate withpsychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionalsto coordinate patient care. Providecrisis intervention and risk assessmentwhen needed. Ensure compliance withHIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards . Participate incase consultations and team meetingsas required. QualificationsActive LCSW or ACSW licensein one or more U.S. states. Master’s degree inSocial Work (MSW)from an accredited institution. Minimum2+ years of clinical experiencein mental health or behavioral health settings preferred. Experience providingtelehealth servicesis a plus. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to workindependently as a 1099 contractorwhile maintaining professional standards.
