Production Manager

Job DescriptionProduction ManagerA top-tier, employee owned, family first organization is lookingfor an experienced Production Manager.The Production Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations.Supervise the timely completion of all projects, create and implement process improvements, and coordinate projects in a manner that maximizes efficiency and profitabilityThey will work with all employees using coaching, counseling, discipline, and mediation skillsNeeds to be a driver, maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process using process monitors; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources reporting on daily results, and making corrections to achieve targetsAssigns personnel to accomplish work results; establishes priorities; monitors progress; resolves problems; evaluates employees, and conducts orientation and training of personnelResponsible for the safety of all employees and ensures they know and acknowledge all safety rules, policies, and necessary PPE for each positionAccountable for compliance with established quality policies and proceduresAchieves manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to hourly and salary employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises production resultsResponsible for communication on all equipment and machines.
