Business Process Analyst
Business Process/Analyst Analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear business, functional, and technical requirements. Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and communicate solutions aligned to departmental priorities. Evaluate and document end-to-end business processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Recommend enhancements to processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with technology teams to define solution requirements for current and future business needs. Support and contribute to projects of varying size and complexity, including planning, development, and implementation. Lead or participate in working sessions to design and refine business and technology solutions. Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, aligned with organizational goals, and leverage technology effectively. Identify and escalate risks, issues, or roadblocks to leadership as needed. Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintain compliance with financial services regulations and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
