The OpportunityAs a Senior Client Services Manager, you will lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and mentor Client Services Managers while reporting directly to the Director of Client Services.
You are a proactive client leader who builds long‑term partnerships, identifies growth opportunities, and brings strategic thinking to every engagement. You’re energized by digital media, new technology, and continuous improvement — and you’re comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth agency environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of high‑value agency accounts
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, leading campaign strategy, reporting, and client communications
Lead new client onboarding and expansion planning for new accounts
Drive retention, upsell, and cross‑sell initiatives in partnership with Sales and Trading teams
Provide ongoing strategic insights and performance recommendations to maximize client ROI
Develop client case studies and testimonials in collaboration with Marketing
Represent PrograMetrix as a brand ambassador across industry and social channels
Mentor and support Client Services Managers to elevate team performance
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred)
3+ years’ digital advertising experience; 2+ years in client‑facing agency roles
Deep experience in programmatic media strategy and execution (required)
Proven success growing agency accounts and building long‑term client relationships
Expertise in The Trade Desk DSP (preferred)
Working knowledge of Walmart DSP, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other paid media platforms
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance reporting quality, and improve client‑facing efficiency
Advanced proficiency in transforming complex campaign data into compelling, executive‑caliber presentations that clearly articulate performance insights, optimization strategy, and growth opportunities
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Experience with project management tools and ability to prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment
