Program & Project Management Consultant
OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Program Management Professional (PgMP) consultant to lead and deliver complex, large-scale enterprise implementations. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on project execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end enterprise program delivery , managing multiple interdependent projects under a unified governance modelAct as both Program Manager and Project Manager , driving execution at both strategic and tactical levelsEstablish and enforce program governance , including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication frameworksPartner with executive leadership to align program outcomes with business strategy and transformation goalsOversee large-scale enterprise implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital transformation, cloud migrations)Manage cross-functional teams , including internal stakeholders, vendors, and system integratorsDrive dependency management , issue resolution, and critical path optimization across projectsEnsure adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and quality standardsImplement best practices in change management, resource planning, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and decision supportQualificationsPgMP certification (required)10 15+ years of experience in program and project managementProven track record delivering large-scale enterprise implementationsStrong experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms)Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with global teamsExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience working in consulting or client-facing rolesCore CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution focusEnterprise transformation leadershipRisk and issue management at scaleGovernance and PMO leadershipFinancial and resource managementOrganizational change managementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
