We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for an 8-day assignment in Nebraska, starting Apr 23, 2026. This role involves comprehensive OB Hospitalist duties, including immediate availability for emergencies, vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, and OB triage evaluations. The schedule follows a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation, with 24-hour coverage split daily between two providers. Responsibilities and Duties Provide immediate availability for OB emergencies. Perform vaginal and Cesarean deliveries. Manage hemorrhage and hypertension crisis cases. Conduct fetal monitor strip evaluations as requested by RNs. Perform OB triage evaluations. Manage unassigned Labor & Delivery patients. Facilitate post-partum discharges. Participate in OB Emergency Simulation Drills with the OB Team (Nursing, OB, Anesthesia). Coordinate care with the entire care team, from antepartum to postpartum, certified nurse midwives to ED physicians.
