With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.PurposeBuilds customer relationships by traveling to customer locations to perform follow-up activities on complete goods and parts and sales, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales and collect profiling information to enhance the customer experience.Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToProvide Exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customersPerform follow-up calls at customer locationsEducate customers on parts, supplies and service promotionsFollows through on prioritiesAddresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorilyProfiles customer's machines, vehicles, and demographic informationProvides limited technical support where applicable, including TAMS, Pro-Link, Sinclair SupplyMaintains condition of assigned vehicleOther duties as assigned by supervisorExperience, Education, Skills And KnowledgeGood customer relations skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to write and speak effectively to individuals and groupsAbility to work extended hours and weekendsGreat customer service and high level of attention to detail, especially under pressureDependability and consistency is a mustPolished, Professional, and Friendly demeanorWorking Conditions & RequirementsMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust have a valid driver's licenseMVR in good standingMust be able to lift at least 75-poundsTravel as neededThis is not an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, skills, or working conditions.
