This role partners closely with site and operational leadership to build a high-performing, scalable workforce across a fast-growing, highly technical environment. The Sr. HR Manager drives alignment between people, performance, and business priorities ensuring the organization has the talent, structure, and leadership capability to execute with consistency and speed.This leader plays a key role in strengthening team effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and shaping a positive, performance-driven culture that supports sustainable growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with site leadership to align people strategies with operational priorities, driving performance, productivity, and workforce stabilitySupport rapid growth through workforce planning, talent pipelines, and scalable HR processes across production and supply chainStrengthen organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles, decision rights, and accountability across teamsLead employee relations with a balanced approach that promotes fairness, consistency, and a positive, respectful work environmentCoach leaders to build capability in performance management, decision-making, and team engagementDrive a strong operating rhythm (cadence, metrics, and follow-through) to improve workforce visibility and execution disciplineLeverage data and analytics to inform decisions, monitor trends, and improve workforce outcomesPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned to evolving business needsEnhance onboarding and retention strategies to improve engagement and accelerate productivity of new hiresLead talent management efforts, including performance, development planning, and succession readinessEnsure compliance with all labor laws and company policies through consistent, audit-ready practicesDevelop and lead the HR team to deliver high-quality, consistent support across the operationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of progressive HR experience5+ years supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operational environments2+ years in an HR leadership roleStrong expertise across core HR disciplines (employee relations, talent, performance, workforce planning)Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.)Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirementsStrong ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders at all levelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in HR, Business, or related field Technical aptitude with learning technologies and digital toolsBilingual (Spanish-English) preferredExperience supporting high-growth or multi-site operationsStrong employee relations backgroundProven ability to lead through change and ambiguityHigh level of ownership, accountability, and execution disciplineStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quicklyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
