At our Adult Foster Care homes, you won't just create behavior plans—you'll help individuals live more independently, safely, and with dignity.** Hybrid schedule - work Monday and Friday from home!! **** $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months **What You'll Do:Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homesDevelop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populationsTrain and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practicesEnsure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standardsCollaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teamsMonitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long‐term successWhat We're Looking For:Active, State of Michigan BCBA certificationExperience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferredKnowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)Strong leadership, training, and communication skillsA compassionate, patient-centered approach to care#J-18808-Ljbffr
