Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong partnerships. Daily tasks include crafting business strategies, leading sales efforts, conducting contract negotiations, and managing key client relationships. The VP of Business Development will represent Nexus Chain US in the broader Web3 ecosystem, drive market expansion, and contribute to achieving the company’s long-term business objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and develop market strategiesStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales to close deals and secure beneficial business agreementsExperience in Account Management and building long-term, value-driven client relationshipsOutstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and partnersComprehensive understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystemsDemonstrated success in leading high-performance teams and achieving revenue growthBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plusAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with a commitment to results
