What You’ll Do As a Case Manager at Fulton House, you won’t just manage cases — you’ll change lives. You’ll work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them set goals, overcome barriers, and move toward stable, independent living. Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant. You will: Build real relationships with residents through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach Help individuals navigate housing, employment, health care, and life skills Advocate for residents with landlords, providers, and community partners Support individuals through challenges — including crisis situations — with empathy and professionalism Be a key player in helping people move from homelessness to stability What You Bring We’re looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and able to connect with people from all walks of life Comfortable navigating complex situations with professionalism and care Organized and able to manage multiple priorities A strong communicator and advocate You’ll also need: A valid driver’s license Experience in human services or case management Basic computer skills What You’ll Gain The chance to make a real, visible impact every day A supportive, mission-driven team Ongoing training and professional development Experience working within a Housing First, trauma-informed model Why IPHNY?
