SIELC has an opening for an experienced Mechanical Engineer or mechanically inclined person for high-tech instrumentation development and production. Position requires mechanical design of small mechanical components with a significant portion dedicated to assembling and testing of working prototypes, refining of existing design, troubleshooting. After some training, you must be capable of independent work on the last stage of design and small volume production. The selected candidate will be part of a technical team responsible for the innovation of new products. We are a fast growing and successful high-tech engineering company with big growth potential. We also speak Russian. Engineer’s qualifications: – BS or MS in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, – Familiar with CAD design software, SolidWorks is a big plus, – Ability to communicate and work with electronic and software engineers or other specialists, – Strong hands-on ability to do assembly/disassembly tasks, – Knowledge of operation of manual metal working equipment, lathe, mill etc.will be plus, – Other computer skills are a plus, Compensations based on experience and related skills offered. – Principals only.
