They are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate in the management and delivery of patient care plans. Support patients in New Castle, PA, and surrounding areas. Spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Self-manage time and schedule effectively. Schedule and Shift Details: On-Call Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (5 PM - 1 PM) Patient Visits: Scheduled visits during the day on Saturday/Sunday (up to 8 units per day) Travel: Local travel required. Candidate Details: The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or higher, a valid RN license in Pennsylvania, and at least one year of RN experience. Specific qualifications include: Required: Associate degree or higher. 1+ years of experience in any of the following: Clinical Documentation Clinical Informatics Clinical Quality 1+ years of experience with any of the following Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EMR systems in general Practice Partner EMR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. All of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) Willingness to travel as required for the position.
