About the Opportunity: The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective and returning clients, families, and referral sources. This role ensures a compassionate and responsive experience that facilitates timely access to clinically appropriate care. It contributes by guiding individuals through the admissions journey, reducing barriers to treatment, and supporting client readiness.3. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, families, and referral sources via multiple communication channels.Guide clients and families through all stages of the admissions process with professionalism and responsiveness.Conduct pre-admission screenings and share recommended levels of care as determined clinically.Manage objections, assess client readiness, and encourage treatment pursuit.Maintain conversion rates and registration targets by tailoring communication.Provide accurate information on treatment programs and admissions procedures.Share community resources when care access is not possible.Coordinate and schedule pre-admission appointments.Secure admission dates and ensure timely placement across levels of care.Communicate confirmed admissions internally.Provide pre-admission materials and insurance benefit quotes.Conduct routine follow-ups.Support census goals by facilitating timely admissions and monitoring program capacity.Track client progression and update internal systems accurately.Escalate admission or placement issues as required.Maintain detailed documentation in CRM, EHR, and ensure compliance with quality and privacy standards.Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and internal teams.Handle escalated or sensitive client interactions professionally.Adapt to changing priorities and provide team support as needed.4. Requirements:1 to 3+ years of relevant experience.Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume documentation.Ability to balance compassion with performance expectations.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Starting hourly range between $28.85 to $31.25 for Admissions Coordinator.Final compensation offered will be based on qualifications and experience.6.
