Family Medicine Physician – 100% Outpatient – Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $240,000 - $725,000. Overview We are a leading multi-specialty practice in eastern North Carolina, serving patients across Greenville, Farmville, Winterville, Kinston, and Beulaville. We seek Primary Care Physicians to fill openings created by retirements and increasing patient volumes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of 16+ patients (no pediatrics). Meet patients in outpatient clinics (main campus or surrounding locations). Participate in an extensive referral network with majority of specialties in‑house. Perform light call: 2–3 days per month (phone only). Qualifications Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina. Board‑eligible or certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Medical degree required. Benefits & Compensation Shareholder Physician compensation range: $400,000 – $725,000. Practice pays medical insurance premiums. Competitive base salary and incentive structure.
