Operations & Inventory Manager (Sports Ticketing)A leading sports ticketing company is seeking an Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory workflows, optimize systems, and lead a team of coordinators. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, process-driven, and especially strong at training, developing staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, automated environment.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all ticket inventory operations across multiple leagues, teams, and platformsSupervise and train team members, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and consistencyDevelop and improve onboarding and training processes for new and existing staffMonitor automated systems and workflows, stepping in to resolve issues and ensure accuracyIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and system enhancementsEnsure accurate inventory tracking, listings, and timely order fulfillment across platformsAct as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalate when neededMaintain organized workflows and ensure team accountability across all tasksQualifications:36+ years of experience in operations, inventory, or process-driven environmentsPrior experience managing or training team members is strongly preferredStrong systems mindset with the ability to learn new platforms quicklyProven ability to build processes and improve operational efficiencyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflowsProficiency with Google Sheets and comfort working across multiple systemsStrong communication and leadership skillsComfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environmentSchedule:Flexible schedule required, including later shifts (e.g., 1pm9pm, 3pm11pm) and alternating weekends
