This role is foundational to the accuracy, trust, and usability of the Tuvoli platform.You’ll be responsible for managing large volumes of aircraft and pricing data, driving projects to completion, and ensuring data integrity at scale.What You’ll DoAs a Fleet Data Specialist at Tuvoli, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our platform data. You’ll:Own the end-to-end process of collecting and vetting fleet data from Part 135 charter operatorsGather, organize, and maintain aircraft details including tail numbers, aircraft type, amenities, photos, and pricing informationProcess large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailValidate and standardize data to ensure consistency across the platformCommunicate directly with operators to request, clarify, and confirm fleet informationManage data-related projects independently, driving them from intake through completionEnsure fleet listings remain current as operators update or change their aircraftCollaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to support fleet data workflows and platform accuracyIdentify data gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies and proactively resolve themUse internal systems and technology platforms to efficiently manage and scale data workflowsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a data-heavy environment, and is passionate about aviation and technology.
