Janitorial Team Member

Location: Oaks Center Cinema (Part of the Valley Forge Promotions family of businesses) Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour Position Type: Full-TimeJoin Our TeamOaks Center Cinema is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and values being part of a friendly, supportive team.We offer consistent full-time hours, a positive work environment, and opportunities for long-term growth within Valley Forge Promotions.Schedule5am to noon 4-5 days per weekFriday through Monday (Thursdays as needed)Shift starts at 5:00 a.m. Some scheduling flexibility available ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain designated areas throughout the theater, including: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies Emptying trash canDusting and sanitizing surfaces Stock and organize cleaning and maintenance supply areas Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Work cooperatively with management and fellow team members Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations QualificationsPrevious janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed BenefitsEligible full-time employees may receive:Competitive hourly pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour Some flexibility in scheduling 401(k) retirement plan after one year of employment 10 days of paid time off (PTO) after one year of employment If you are dependable, take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces, and are looking for a stable long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
