Subcontract Program Manager (QSS)

Overview In this role you will lead strategic suppliers for hardware development programs within Quantum Sensing Solutions, integrating subcontractor activities into program schedules and tracking performance. You will drive risk assessment, source selection, and contract execution while collaborating across engineering, contracts, and finance teams. You will ensure subcontracts are well-scoped, with proper controls and escalation processes to keep programs on track.
