React Developer

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a React Developer to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Wayzata, Minnesota. Duties:Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for GenAI prototypes using ReactConnect AI and backend services to user-facing applications to create interactive demonstrations and proof-of-conceptsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive user experiences for emerging AI capabilitiesIntegrate front-end components with backend services written in C#Iterate on prototypes based on feedback from technical and business stakeholdersAssist in evaluating feasibility and usability of GenAI solutions through working UI prototypesDesired Skills/Experience:Strong experience with React and modern front-end development practicesWorking knowledge of C# and integrating with backend APIs/servicesExperience building responsive and user-friendly web interfacesAbility to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment focused on prototyping and innovationStrong collaboration and communication skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position starting at $150-160,000+. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
