Apply via Dice today!Job title : Oracle Cloud – Applications DeveloperLocation : 100% Remote -Need to be of local of FLSalary- $100K to $121KInterview : VideoNote : Need LinkedInJob description : as you search for a 2nd… keep in mind they besides all of the Oracle HCM experience… they must have OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and it’s a huge plus if they have AIS (Azure Integration Services) Technical Lead / Integrations Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and extracts. 100% Remote position (EST or CST time zones only) 1-year contract This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle HCM, with hands-on experience delivering complex inbound and outbound integrations, reporting extracts, data loads, and workflow configurations across enterprise systems.Required Qualifications (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Demonstrated expertise with HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, Security and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience troubleshooting complex integration, data quality, and performance issues. Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills. Scope of Work Integrations & Extract Development Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts to retrieve HCM data and automate secure file transmissions. Build and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems such as PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos. Develop reporting templates (eText, RTF) and generate EDI/EFT files in delimited, fixed-width, and CSV formats. Data Conversion & Loading Perform bulk data mapping and data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and related tools including HSDL, FBL, PBL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas. Support data conversions and ongoing data maintenance activities based on business requirements. Reporting & Analytics Develop BI Publisher reports using XML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, CSV, and Excel outputs. Build dashboards, analytics reports, prompts, and filters using the integrated OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) platform to deliver real-time analysis. Workflow, Security & Configuration Configure custom Oracle HCM workflows and approval hierarchies using the BPM (Business Process Management) approval tool for MSS (Manager Self Services) and ESS (Employee Self Services) processes. Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Security and workflow processes. Testing, Support & Collaboration Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); troubleshoot and resolve defects. Provide design solutions for complex technical and business problems and support performance tuning.
