Onsite Project ManagerBoyle & Fogarty Construction Co., Inc. is seeking to hire an Onsite ProjectManager for its Accelerated Lead Service Line Replacement Project in the Providence and Cranston, RI area.Job DescriptionThe Onsite Project Manager will coordinate Lead Service Line Replacements for the ProvidenceWater - Lead Service Line Replacement Program. The onsite project manager will be responsiblefor assisting in coordinating with homeowners and businesses, obtaining water serviceapplications and forms, and documenting all service replacements in the engineer’s onlineplatform. This position will also be the primary individual involved in scheduling of work onprivate property with customers (which shall include property owners, residents, tenants, andbusinesses). Work will be primarily conducted onsite in Providence and Cranston, workingremotely on a tablet and supporting field personnel.Knowledge & Skills Required:- Bachelor’s degree not required, but preferred- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus: Excellent oral and written communication skills- Demonstrated experience successfully planning and managing an outreach portfolio thatincludes multiple projects and deliverables.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Adept inlearning new technologies and software.- History of punctual and consistent attendance in the workplace.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Well-organized and able to self-manage competing priorities.- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and collaborative; ability to work effectively withall levels of staff, supporters, and community members.- Ability to always exercise discretion and good judgment- Occasional off-hours work may be needed to support customer/ community outreachCompensation: Salary-based; NegotiableHours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
