Refrigeration Maintenance Tech (1st Shift) - Claremont, NC

Job Details:Benefits Effective on Day 1! Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Refrigeration Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems and supporting overall facility maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be willing to assist in a wide range of maintenance tasks as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair industrial/commercial refrigeration systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issuesPerform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiencyRespond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekendsAssist with general maintenance duties across the facility as neededWork with pneumatic systems, electrical components, and other mechanical systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repairsFollow all safety procedures and regulatory requirementsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial environmentsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periodsREQUIREMENTS:Must have a minimum of 1 year relevant refrigeration maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
