Buckland strives to provide customized services in a memorable way.Air & Ocean Specialist, IntermediateBuckland is looking for an Air & Ocean Specialist, Intermediate What You’ll Be DoingThis position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.What We Can Offer YouCompetitive salary, benefits package, and matching retirement planA friendly, collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learningA chance to be part of a growing organizationYou will be responsible forProvide the highest level of customer service to clients.Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments by working with forwarders on daily basis and ensuring POD is supplied.Expedite and trace as required.Determination of profit levels and billing.Process required customs documentation.Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.Good written and verbal communication skills.Apply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.Driven by results working in a fast paced environment. Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.What We Need From YouHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum two years of relevant work experience.Intermediate MS Office experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in Canada/USA/MX.Want to apply?
