Responsibilities:Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Produce wood products in a high-production manufacturing environment.Set up and operate woodworking equipment and machinery.Cut, shape, smooth, and assemble wooden materials.Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.Follow specification sheets and production instructions.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Apply paint and complete finishing processes as needed.Stack finished materials onto pallets or conveyors safely. Qualifications:At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
