Global Compensation ManagerSalt Lake City, Utah (Onsite)We are partnering with a global, growth-focused organization to identify an experienced Global Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and executing global compensation programs that support business growth, talent retention, and organizational performance across a multinational environment.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in global compensation strategy, incentive design, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and executive-level analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global compensation strategy and program executionManage annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programsConduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure analysisSupport STI/LTI incentive programs and executive compensation initiativesPerform pay equity reviews and compensation governance analysisBuild dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready compensation insightsPartner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadershipDrive process improvement and Workday Compensation optimizationQualifications7+ years of progressive compensation experienceStrong experience with global compensation programs and incentive administrationAbility to influence and advise senior leadershipExpertise in compensation governance, pay equity, and job architectureAdvanced Excel skills and Workday Compensation experience requiredManufacturing or multinational company experience preferredCCP and/or GRP certifications are a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + bonus opportunityMedical, Dental & Vision coverage401(k) matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid parental leaveTuition reimbursementPTO + paid holidaysCareer advancement opportunities
